We directly contract, supervise, and disburse payment for all maintenance services and repairs. Through our vendor relationships and competitive bidding, we strive to get the best pricing for all maintenance and repairs.
Property managers are assigned to specific properties to make regular inspections, night and foul weather inspections, and 24-hour emergency calls. Our property managers are at each property frequently and give a very high priority to tenant relations.

We currently manage a portfolio of over 50 plus properties of more than 3.5 million square feet of GLA in Arizona, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas.
