Commercial Retail Group’s property management services ensure that physical facilities and grounds are well maintained and display a high level of curb appeal at all times. We directly contract, supervise, and disburse payment for all maintenance services and repairs. Through our vendor relationships and competitive bidding, we strive to get the best pricing for all maintenance and repairs.
Property managers are assigned to specific properties to make regular inspections, night and foul weather inspections, and 24-hour emergency calls. Our property managers are at each property frequently and give a very high priority to tenant relations.
Commercial Retail Group’s full range of in-house capabilities also includes REO services, leasing, financial management and reporting, lease administration, construction management, marketing, and disposition services. We currently manage a portfolio of 36 properties totaling more than 3.5 million square feet of retail GLA in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arizona.

Over the years we have represented many of the nations premiere retailers as well as local credit tenants. Our intimate knowledge of the market and close relationships with the retail community allow us to succeed in filling vacancies and maximizing value. We approach every prospective tenant and work to fulfill their requirements. Our in-house real estate department works diligently on developing marketing plans, contacting prospective tenants, negotiating leases, and reporting on leasing activity.
