Clay has 18 years as a property manager
and is founding partner
of CRG. He is responsible for operations as property manager for 15 of 36 properties. Clay started property management after 20 years of experience in food service and worked as district manager for 29 locations of a national food chain. He also opened 250 food service locations over a five year period.
Clay brought this experience to the real estate industry and currently helps other partners lease, manage, and hire contractors.
He tries to bring a real world experience to our tenants' needs and make commercial leasing easy - while still ensuring profitability to both partnerships.

John O'Shaughnessy | Property Manager & Investor
John has served as Property Manager since 2003 managing 14 shopping centers with over one million square feet of GLA. He gained experience through the help of his partners to assist in the purchase, redevelopment, management, and disposition of shopping centers.
John received his bachelor’s degree, BA/CAAS, in 1986 from the University of Southern California. He also received his CCIM Designation in 2011.
