Todd Routh is the founding partner in Commercial Retail Group. He has been active in commercial Real Estate since 1992.
He holds a BBA from Texas A&M University. He is Certified Commercial Investment Member since 1995.
Clay Ross Routh | Property Manager & Founding Partner
Clay has 18 years as a property manager and is founding partner of CRG. He is responsible for operations as property manager for 15 properties. Clay started property management after 20 years of experience in food service and worked as district manager for 29 locations of a national food chain. He also opened 250 food service locations over a five year period.
Clay brought this experience to the real estate industry and currently helps other partners lease, manage, and hire contractors. He tries to bring a “real world” experience to our tenants’ needs and make commercial leasing easy – while still ensuring profitability to both partnerships.
Kris Knap | Founding Partner
Kris Knap is one of the founding partners and a property manager with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. He is very involved in financial management, problem solving and he is also able to work with contractors to renovate and improve property values.
John O’Shaughnessy | Property Manager & Investor
John has served as Property Manager since 2003 managing 16 shopping centers with over one million square feet of GLA. He gained experience through the help of his partners to assist in the purchase, redevelopment, management, and disposition of shopping centers.
John received his bachelor’s degree, BA/CAAS, in 1986 from the University of Southern California. He also received the CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2011 and the CSM – Certified Shopping Center Manager designation in 2013.
Frank Diaz | Property Manager
Frank Diaz has been involved in the business industry for the past 20 years. His experience includes financial, investment and management skills. Frank joined our retail real estate team and has become part of our property management services. He now helps with leasing, hiring contractors and daily operations.
Frank is bilingual and can help meet the needs of our Spanish Speaking customers.
